For orders over 40€, we ship your order FREE of charge!
International Deliveries:
We calculate international shipping costs based on shipping weight:
Depending on weight and destination country
Provision of Digital Content:
No shipping costs apply for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
